The process to order a custom engraved Glencairn glass from Crystal Imagery was so easy. I went to their website, selected the glass that I wanted and uploaded the photo I wanted engraved on my glass. I was then sent a template to review and an email asking to confirm that I approve of the quality before the glass was engraved. Once approved, I received my glass in just a few days. The engraved Glencairn glass with my logo on it looks amazing and I couldn’t be more happy with how easy it was to order, how quickly I received my order and how nice my glass looks. I’ve posted a photo of my custom engraved Glencairn glass to all of my social media accounts and made sure to tag and give credit to Crystal Imagery so that everyone knows where I got it and that they should use Crystal Imagery for their engraved glassware. I will certainly be ordering more engraved glassware from Crystal Imagery again real soon.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Crystal Imagery. I purchased 12 glencarin glasses for holiday gifts with my company's logo. I ordered them on a Friday, and they were delivered on the following Monday. Customer Service sent me a proof of the logo within a few hours, and the logo came out great. Two weeks later, i bought more glasses from them because the quality and customer service.

Customer service was amazing. I ordered a custom logo Decanter and a set of 4 custom logo Glencairn glasses. Originally had a few questions on images and adding text so I shot out an email, for which their staff responded back within hours. The glasses arrived in perfect condition and I was extremely pleased with the product. The glasses are exactly the same as pictured on the web site. They turned out beautifully.
